Atelier Steenuil was founded in 1947 by
Henk Goosen (1924-1997). Amazingly, De heer Goosen threw his pots using a foot kicked wheel. These pots display well in groups.

Unmarked: The Dutch have a wonderful expression for a pot that is unmarked, but recognizable without doubt:
"It's marked all over".
